GETTING STARTED

1 - Registration
Enter your email and user name and submit the information
You will receive an email with your temporary password
Go to the login box and enter your email and the temporary password you received
You will now have access to the platform
Change the password to something that is more convenient
All passwords must be at least 8 characters
Next time you login, use your new password.

2 - Applications
You may open three types of accounts -PERSONAL /(JOINT) /BUSINESS
The Personal account is the standard account
Joint accounts will be available soon for those who are interested in this feature
Business accounts are for formal organisations and business membership

You must select the type of account you wish to access ON LOGGING IN (default is personal)
Once logged on, you have immediate access to your account (Edit your own profile)
Only authorised users will be able to access accounts beside their own
After completing the application form, you must accept the disclaimer and submit the form

IF your account is PENDING - you may not have entered your National ID - redo that
You may edit the form as many times as you wish - before your membership is accepted by the committee
After membership, you will have restricted access to the form and some changes will require approval of the Secretary
At anytime, you may update such information as contact numbers, address,etc.
You will be able to review all your current financial information at any time.
When your application is complete, select the box "ALL DONE?" on the bottom of the form.

3 - Additional Information
To facilitate high quality services to our members, CoopEnergy will be utilising many 'online' services for members and the public at large.
We will identify our customers online via their secure password in combination with their registered email account and cell phone contact.
You may be asked to verify your online identity in various ways if we have any doubts about a contact.

To facilitate face to face communications (meetings, interviews,etc) as well as to meet national anti-money laundering regulations,
We also require two forms of picture ID to be placed on your file.
1 - A color copy of both sides of your National Identification Card OR of your Drivers License.
2 - A Passport photo of yourself in jpg format and less that 1Mb in size.
These can be uploaded onto your file using the upload option in your online profile.
